...dancing with God's Smile,






I really like to eat fruits and vegetables at School Morning Break Time, and during Lunch when I don’t Fast … or eat less … either to keep my body in shape or to Really Pray !

I like to sleep with the window a little bit open …
… To suspend around my bed “beautiful fabrics” to get a feeling of Privacy & Safety.

… I like my Korean Roomate … I feel so blessed by her Maturity & Humility, even though, She is only 24 years old.

Especially, because she laugh easily at my Jokes.
… it just appears that I am getting a “New Habit” … evening time before going to bed … I start to get “Crazy’ … and make jokes and “fool around” … I don’t know if any of you have an idea about those Symptoms !!??
Is it normal !?
I asked a friend who is “specialist” in this area, & I haven’t heard back yet !!!

I like to do my laundry before the beginning of the Week-End … and I really like when the Room is clean …

I also, like My Nephew “Leo-Paul”, who is getting, end of this Month, a “Little Brother” name: Matthias … What a Beautiful name … Hey !?

I like to eat Noodles during the Week-End, because I do not enjoy – in a General way – Sandwiches … beside “PAiN BAGNAT” …

Okay, Here is the recipe of The “PAiN BAGNAT”

Ingredients

Receipt for 1 round loaf:

- 1 roll (round)
- 1 tomato
- 30 G of crumbs of tuna to the olive oil
- 1/2 egg
- 2 anchovy nets
- 4 black olives
- 1/2 sweet pepper
- 1 white onion
- 1 little olive oil
- 1 little wine vinegar
- salt, pepper.

Preparation:

To make harden egg. To shell and cut it in districts.

To wash and wipe tomato, to cut it out of discs. To peel onion and L émincer.
To wash sweet pepper; to split into two, to withdraw seeds then to cut it in thin straps.


To prepare vinaigrette with the olive oil, the vinegar, salt and pepper.

To open the roll.
To distribute the various elements: tomatos, sweet peppers, tuna, olives, anchovy, hard-boiled eggs.
To sprinkle with vinaigrette and to close again the roll.
